Falcon Transport services the Washington Metropolitan Area and the State of Georgia. We are available to take customers to Medical appointments, errands, social engagements and can do an airport shuttle service.
We specialize in non-emergency medical transportation: both ambulatory and non-ambulatory.
Our Staff
Our operations manager receives in-coming calls and schedules all reservations. He is responsible for all client follow up and related issues.
Our drivers are uniformed and are the face of the company. All drivers undergo an extensive background investigation as well as an intensive driver’s license investigation and screening process. All drivers are CPR and First-Aid certified, as well as receive in-house training on appropriate client service.
Our Fleet
Falcon Transport has a fleet of wheel-chair accessible vans, which can also accommodate clients on a stretcher. Our vans can accommodate up to 5 passengers. We encourage friends / family to ride along with us as escorts.
